Forge is training built by two Doctors of Physical Therapy, powered by AI.

Most programs were written before they met you. Forge starts by asking the right questions — your goal, your history, and what your body can do today — then builds a program made for you and keeps refining it as you train. It leans into what's working, works around the days your body isn't cooperating, and adjusts to whatever life throws at you.

The same fundamentals the world's best coaches use with elite athletes, applied to you: progressive overload and autoregulation, speed, power and plyometric work, sport-specific conditioning and energy-system development, mobility and flexibility, and deloads when you need them. Whether you're chasing a squat PR, a first marathon, an Ironman, an off-season that makes you better at your sport, or you just want to move well at fifty — the principles don't change, only how they're applied.

THREE WAYS TO START
• Coach me — answer a few questions and get a program built for your goal.
• Build your own — make your plan; Forge reviews it like a second set of eyes.
• Bring your own program — already have a plan from a coach? Paste it, snap a photo, or upload a PDF or Word doc, and Forge structures it so you can track and adapt it.

WHAT YOU GET
• A real coaching conversation — ask anything, anytime, and get honest, personal guidance.
• A coach that remembers — what you told it, what worked, what your body doesn't like. The longer you train with it, the better it knows you.
• Notes that get read, not filed — say a set felt heavy or a knee was cranky, and it shapes what comes next.
• Programs that adapt as you log sessions, effort, and how you feel.
• Coaching that works around injuries, limitations, and the equipment you actually have.
• Logging that takes seconds — photograph a whiteboard and it becomes a session, or film a set for form feedback.
• Progress you can see — track your movements and watch them climb week to week.

Forge coaches training. It's a fitness and movement-coaching tool, not a medical app: it doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor or physical therapist. When something needs a person, it says so and points you to one.

Listen to your body, train at your own pace, and check in with a qualified professional about any pain, injury, or medical concern.
