Hiviz Sight puts field leadership in focus.

Sight plans your leaders' site visits, briefs them on arrival, captures what they see, and turns it into insight and action — with AI that connects patterns across every site.

THE INSIGHT LOOP

PLAN — Schedule visits where they'll count, across every worksite.
BRIEF — Arrive knowing the three things to look at on this site, today. Focus items are drawn from recent observations, open actions and what's trending, ready before you park the ute.
CAPTURE — Log observations by talking, in the moment, gloves on. The assistant asks the follow-up questions an investigator would ask, then writes and classifies the observation for you.
INSIGHT — AI connects what you saw to what the whole company sees, grouping independent observations into one signal.
RESOLVE — Actions are drafted, assigned and tracked until the outcome is recorded.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

• Voice-first capture, built for gloves and dust
• A structured observation in under a minute
• Attach photos, and AI flags hazards worth a second look
• Works on site where coverage doesn't — observations sync when you're back in range

PATTERNS NO SINGLE TEAM COULD SEE

Every observation lands in one model of your operation. Sight correlates what leaders see across sites, and what separate visits keep surfacing at a single worksite, then raises the pattern before it becomes the incident.

THE AI PROPOSES, YOUR PEOPLE DECIDE

Every pattern is supported, progressed or closed by your safety team, with a reason. Nothing is actioned by AI alone.

LEADERS HEAR BACK

When an observation becomes a company trend, the leader who logged it is told — and told again when it's fixed. Every visit leaves context for the next one, so site knowledge stops evaporating. Monthly digests write themselves.
