TrainHere plans strength workouts around your goal, equipment and schedule. Whether you train at home or in the gym, open the app to see your next session and a target for every set.

A PROGRAM FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT
• Choose what you have: dumbbells, a bench, a barbell and rack, a Smith machine, a cable station, a pull-up bar, a leg press, or just your bodyweight.
• Choose two, three or four workouts a week. Your program uses the equipment you selected.
• Miss a planned day? The next workout stays next until you complete it.

KNOW WHAT TO DO EACH SET
• Reps and load are filled in from your last workout. Log a set with a tap, or adjust the numbers.
• Work through the rep range before increasing load. Tap a target to see why it changed.
• Use warm-up sets, a rest timer and exercise swaps when equipment is unavailable.

ON YOUR WRIST WITH WEAR OS
• Log sets from a Wear OS watch without picking up your phone: adjust reps and load, rate reps in reserve and choose the next exercise.
• The rest timer runs on the watch and vibrates when rest is over.
• The watch shows your heart rate during the workout. It works with the TrainHere app on an Android phone.

ADJUST TO TODAY
• Check in on your energy and soreness before each workout.
• Report pain to pause automatic load increases. Stop a set if it hurts or your technique breaks down.

FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS
• The strength index combines your logged lifts into one trend. You can also see trends for individual exercises and muscle groups.
• Track hard sets by muscle group, body weight and waist measurements.
• Keep progress photos on your device.

LEARN EACH MOVEMENT
• See illustrated start and finish positions, muscles worked and short technique cues.

KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA
• Log workouts offline without an account. Sign in if you want backup and sync.
• Import workouts from Strong CSV files. Export your training data as JSON or CSV.
• On Android, connect Health Connect if you choose. Share workouts and body weight, or read body weight, sleep and resting heart rate. Readings imported from Health Connect stay on your device.

COACHPLUS (OPTIONAL)
Get answers about your training, a review of recent weeks or a proposed program update when your schedule or equipment changes. CoachPlus uses your training log to prepare these responses. Your program changes only when you choose to apply a proposal.
