Game-changing Information. Superior Outcomes. Zero Attorney Time.

The Problem
Traditional client interviews in criminal cases are at best labor-intensive. And it’s now clear clients share vastly more information when they work:
(a) alone and in private online,
(b) at their own pace, and
(c) with the chance to log on and off as much as they need.

The Solution
DefenseMap uses an ingenious online process of conversational questions and over 40 screening tools to gather and then organize each client’s vital information. The result is a clear and comprehensive picture of the client, the facts of the case, the available defenses and supporting evidence, and the full range of mitigation.

And without unnecessary demands on attorney time.

The Impact
As shown on the website in the comments of defense attorneys, since 2018 Defense Maps have been:
• Achieving outright dismissals and acquittals.
• Facilitating optimal plea agreements and seriously mitigated sentences.
• Guiding clients in the self-examination and personal improvement aiding the best legal outcomes.

Special Features
• Exceptional ease of use for clients and attorneys alike.
• Separate tracks for (a) new cases, (b) sentence modification/parole, (c) habeas/post-conviction, and (d) juvenile delinquency.
• Availability in English and Spanish.
• And now a secure detention version for jail and prison tablets.

Support
This revolutionary tool was developed by a nonprofit led by an AV-rated criminal defense attorney and a licensed social worker. That Defense Map Team is available to answer any questions, as well as to assist in implementation in any PD office, private defense firm, exoneration project, jail, or prison.
