Gloox is an AI personal trainer for the gym. It builds a workout plan around your goal, keeps your workout log with you, and counts macros from a photo of your plate. Most importantly, it remembers every set you've ever done.

A regular chatbot forgets you after every conversation. Gloox sees your whole history: weights, reps, PRs, what you ate today, and your body measurements. So its advice is about you, not an average person from the internet. Stuck on bench press for three weeks? Gloox notices and tells you what to change.

WHAT GLOOX DOES

• AI Coach with memory
Ask whether to add weight to your squat, what to swap an exercise for, or why you've stopped progressing. The coach answers from your real training, not from a template.

• A workout plan in one conversation
Tell the coach your goal, equipment, schedule and injuries. It asks the right questions and builds a personal workout plan: muscle gain, strength, cutting or toning. Prefer a ready-made routine? Pick Full Body, Upper/Lower, Push-Pull-Legs and more.

• Gym workout log
Log sets, reps and weight in seconds — a workout tracker built for the gym floor, no notebook needed. Rest timer, supersets and drop sets all live on one screen, and the workout guides you from set to set.

• Progressive overload without guesswork
Gloox suggests what weight to lift today based on your history, so the load climbs steadily and without unnecessary risk.

• Food log and macros
A calorie counter built right into your coach. Snap your plate — the coach breaks down the meal and logs the calories, protein, fat and carbs for you. You can also say it out loud, scan a barcode or a nutrition label. Your calorie and macro targets are set for your goal and activity level.

• Progress you can see
A muscle map shows which muscle groups are falling behind. Strength level, personal records, body weight, measurements and body fat % — all tracked week by week.

• HIIT and Tabata timer
Intervals for Tabata, 30/30 or your own scheme: set work, rest and rounds your way.

• Exercise technique
A large exercise library with a 3D model shows which muscles work and how to perform each movement correctly.

• Health Connect
Connect Health Connect and your coach takes your daily activity into account.

• Trainer Mode
For personal trainers: manage your clients, assign workout programs and track their progress — online and in the gym.
