SoYi helps with emotional eating, stress eating, binge eating, smoking cravings, and drinking cravings — mindful, judgment-free, at the exact moment of craving.

SoYi — A journey so yi: 怡yí harmony · 逸yì ease · 奕yì radiance
When the heart settles and clears, clarity arrives of itself.

A note from Yi, the creator of SoYi:

As soon as you calm down, you regret. You wish you'd stopped earlier, before you got too full. Or chosen something that nourished you better. It all seems so obvious — yet the next time the craving arrives, that clarity is gone. Before you realise, your mouth is already busy crunching. That's the infuriating part.

They say drink to drown your sorrows. Snacking works the same way — for tension, boredom, loneliness, discomfort — while the mouth is busy, the feeling goes quiet. Except once you start, you can't stop. And when you do, whatever was there surfaces again, exactly as you left it. Even the good moments — excitement, celebration — reach for the same fix. Binge eating never ends.

You're not alone. I spun in that loop for years — the calm me and the craving me felt like two different people, and the wrong one kept winning. I sighed at my willpower. A downward spiral with no floor in sight.

Until one day I understood it wasn't a willpower problem. The calm me wasn't mute either — she just always spoke too late, after the automatic response had already fired. What was missing wasn't the thought. It was someone who understands me, present at the exact moment, before the mouth got busy — to create that pause and hold me in it — so that I could catch myself, hear myself, step outside the habit just long enough to choose.

I named her Serene, and I built SoYi to make that wish come true.

What SoYi actually does:
Designed for emotional and stress eating, drinking, and smoking cravings. (Physical dependence on nicotine or alcohol needs professional support alongside.)
Tend to your body and soul, and the emotion settles — that takes away what fuels the craving. Weight settles, with ease.
No curriculum, no tasks, no boxes to tick. No guilt. No calorie targets. No rollercoaster.

SoYi draws on wisdom across cultures and centuries:

• Your method, found by you
Nobody knows you better than you do. SoYi is yours — start with the defaults, experiment, taste what works. Then distil, let the rest go, and shape it into something that truly fits.

• Everything in your favour — at the exact moment it counts
Most apps reach you when you're calm, motivated, with time to spare. SoYi arrives when the craving does — the only moment that matters. Your phone is already in your pocket, zero friction — and your own notes from a calmer moment are waiting right there, ready to hand. Mid-craving, your own thinking is compromised — Serene is another version of yourself outside the storm, seeing clearly what you can't see from where you are.

• Know your pattern, meet it on your terms
Emotional problems need emotional solutions. Name what's driving the craving — not just that you have one. Stress, boredom, loneliness, habit, reward-seeking? The right response depends on knowing which. Then you can tend to the root, not the symptom.

• No failure state — only inquiry
Even if you followed the whole flow and still ate, drank, or smoked: as long as it was a deliberate choice, you broke the automatic loop. Every conscious pass lays down another layer of the new neural pathway. And the one thing that doesn't help is letting shame sweep over you — SoYi is designed to interrupt that, not add to it.

• Zero dependency: the sign of success is that you no longer need the app
The framework is SoYi's gift; the reshaping is yours. Cross the bridge you built yourself — and turn the page.

Privacy: all your data — your journey, triggers, moods, journal entries — stays on your device. Nobody can see it — not even GoodAI, the people who built SoYi.
