BUILD DISCIPLINE. BUILD STRENGTH. GROW

Your phone is the rep counter.

Point it at yourself, start your set, and LockedIn counts every rep using on-device AI pose detection — no wearable, no tapping, no manual logging. Just work out.

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT

- AI rep counting, on-device. Your camera sees your form and counts reps automatically. Works for squats, pushups, and more. Everything runs locally — video never leaves your phone.

- Voice food logging. Say "two eggs, toast, and a coffee" and it's logged. No searching, no scrolling.

- Barcode scanning. Scan any packaged food — instant macros from an open nutrition database of millions of products worldwide.

- Weight tracking with history. Log your weight daily and watch your trend line move. See what's actually working over time.

- Social challenges. Invite friends, set a shared goal, and push each other. Accountability built in.

- Earn your screen time. LockedIn can lock distracting apps — social media, games, anything — and unlock them only after you complete your workout. Finish your sets, earn your scroll.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO KEEP QUITTING OTHER APPS

Most fitness apps are built for people who are already fit. LockedIn is built for people who want to get their life together — who know they should be moving more, eating better, and tracking something, but hate the friction of existing tools.

No subscription required to start. No complicated onboarding. Open the app, point your camera, and go.

BREAK THE DOOM SCROLL LOOP

The average person spends 4+ hours a day on their phone — most of it mindless. LockedIn flips the relationship. Your screen time becomes a reward you earn through real-world action. Do your pushups. Unlock your apps. Build the habit that actually sticks.

PRIVACY FIRST

Your camera stays on your device. Pose detection happens locally using on-device AI — we never upload your video, never transmit your camera feed, and never store footage anywhere. Only the rep count makes it to our servers.

Voice food logging works the same way — audio is transcribed on your device. Only the text hits our servers for parsing. Your voice never leaves your phone.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Your health data is yours.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE

LockedIn's FitLock feature uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you open an app you've chosen to lock, so it can display a blocking screen until you've earned screen time through exercise. This is core to the FitLock feature and cannot function without it.

You enable and configure this feature yourself, and you can turn it off at any time in your device settings. LockedIn does not use the Accessibility Service to collect, store, or share any personal data.

The service is used strictly to detect which app is currently in the foreground so it can identify when a locked app has been opened. It does not read screen contents, capture text, monitor your activity within apps, or access any information beyond which app is open.
