Health Bingo turns healthy habits into a fun, social experience that keeps you motivated, accountable, and connected.

Lasting change is easier when you don’t do it alone. With Health Bingo, anyone can become a host and bring together friends, family, colleagues, or community groups to work toward shared health goals.

Whether you’re focused on weight loss, getting fitter, improving nutrition, or boosting wellbeing, Health Bingo helps you create momentum through encouragement, connection, and a little friendly competition.

How it works

• A host creates a wellness challenge and invites others to join
• Participants receive a weekly Bingo-style card with simple, achievable health activities
• Complete squares, track your progress, and aim to achieve Bingo each week
• Stay connected through the group chat — cheer each other on, share progress, and keep the motivation high
• Get updates when someone calls Bingo and celebrate weekly winners
• Check the leaderboard anytime to see how everyone is tracking and who’s leading the challenge

Host pays, everyone plays.
Participants join and take part at no cost, making it easy to rally a group around a common goal.
