HealthyBack365 brings your back scan and your professional's treatment plan together in one app. Once your HealthyBack365 partner practice has invited you after your back scan, this is where you will find your results and your exercises. If your practice offers conversations with your professional, you can let your professional know through the app when an exercise is giving you trouble.

Your back scan, clearly explained
See your BackCare Score, your posture and your mobility, compared with what is expected for your age. The "What we see" section explains in plain language what the scan shows. After each new scan, you can follow how your score changes.

Your treatment plan, day by day
Your professional chooses your exercises and the days you do them. The app lines up today's exercises for you, with instructions, a video where available and an optional stopwatch. If your plan includes andullation (a gentle therapy with fine vibrations and warmth), the app shows which settings to use on your device. You operate the device yourself; the app does not connect to it.

Conversations with your professional
If your practice offers these conversations and you report more discomfort after an exercise, the app suggests a message to your professional, which you can adjust before you send it yourself. Your practice can read the conversation, and your professional will answer as soon as possible, sometimes with an exercise as a tip. If your pain gets worse, do not wait for a reply and contact your doctor.

Also in the app
Completing your exercises earns you AnduSmiles, our reward points, and helps you build streaks and unlock new levels. You can turn on daily reminders, see the appointments your practice has scheduled for you and add them to your calendar. The map shows partner practices near you for your next scan. With Premium, which comes with the Full Program, you also get lifestyle tips on nutrition, sleep, stress and more.
