HelperFlow is the shared home app for families and domestic helpers.
Stop running the house through chat threads. HelperFlow gives you, your family and your helper one place for tasks, schedules, house rules, messages, meal planner, meds and more. Each user sees the whole app and chat in their preferred language, auto translating if other household members are using another language!

ONE SUBSCRIPTION PER HOUSEHOLD

ONE HOME FOR EVERYONE

• Employer — pays for the household and manages the home

• Family — invited to the same household for free (full access or view only)
• Helper — invited free, can complete tasks, calendar and chat
WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Tasks — create, share and tick off daily work

• Calendar — rest days, appointments and household plans in one place

• House Rules — set the rules; the helper reads and accepts them

• Chat with translation — write in your language; they can read in theirs

• Meal Planner — plan meals and share the menu

• Medications — track doses and times for family or pets

• Baby Care — feeding and sleep records

• Documents — keep important household files together

• Leave and requests — rest days stay visible

WHY IT HELPS
Chat apps are fine for a quick note. They are a poor system for a home. Messages get lost. Instructions are unclear. Nobody is sure what was agreed.
HelperFlow keeps the day’s work in one shared home, so fewer things are missed and fewer things turn into an argument.
Notifications keep the whole household up to date — and each person can set their own preferences.
HOW IT WORKS
The employer creates the household and starts the subscription
Invite family members to the same household — they are included
Invite your helper or helpers — they join free
Set House Rules, tasks and the calendar
Everyone opens the same home and gets on with the day
One household. One subscription. Family included. Helpers free.
