LuxHelper is the modern way for Hong Kong families and domestic helpers to find each other — from a licensed employment agency.

Built specifically for Hong Kong, LuxHelper uses smart matching and transparent trust scores to help families and helpers connect with confidence. Whether you're a family looking for live-in help with childcare, elderly care, cooking or housework, or a helper looking for the right family to work with, LuxHelper gives you the tools to make a great match.

For families:
• Browse helpers ranked by how closely they match your needs — skills, languages, live-in/live-out, salary budget and experience.
• See each helper's trust score, and what it's built from, before you reach out.
• Swipe right on the helpers you'd like to interview. When they swipe back, it's a match — chat and hold a video interview, all inside the app.
• Renewing your helper's contract, or hiring a helper who is already in Hong Kong? Our licensed team prepares your ID 407 and ID 988 forms (optional Contract Pack).
• Simple subscription. No placement commission.

For helpers:
• Free for helpers, always — LuxHelper never charges helpers.
• Build a profile that families in Hong Kong can find: skills, languages, experience, photos and what you're looking for.
• Build your trust score by adding your documents and references.
• Get matched with families that fit your skills, salary expectations and preferred districts.
• Chat directly with matched families and hold video interviews in the app.

Trust and safety:
• Documents you upload are checked by our team before they count towards your trust score.
• Block, unmatch and report anyone you don't want to interact with.
• Privacy-first: your documents are never sold or shared outside LuxHelper's service.

Hong Kong-first design:
• Real HK districts, salaries in HKD, and the languages helpers and families actually use (English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Bahasa).

LuxHelper is operated by LuxHelper Limited, a licensed employment agency (EA Licence No. 84201).
