Tericipe is a recipe scanner and recipe box for the recipes you actually cook — the ones on index cards, in church cookbooks, and clipped from magazines. It's free to use, with no ads and no subscription.

Point your camera at a printed recipe and Tericipe types it up for you: title, ingredients, directions, time, and servings, all editable before you save. No retyping, no scrolling past someone's life story to find the ingredient list. It's the easiest way to get a box of family recipes out of the kitchen drawer and into a recipe organizer you'll actually use.

CAPTURE
• Scan a printed recipe card or cookbook page with your camera — text recognition runs on your device
• Multi-page recipes: keep shooting pages, then type them up as one recipe
• Review and edit before anything is saved, with uncertain lines flagged for you
• Prefer to type? Enter a recipe by hand, no camera needed

ORGANIZE
• Your whole recipe collection in one place, with photos — no limit on how many recipes you keep
• Group recipes into collections — weeknights, holidays, Grandma's box
• Search by keyword, and narrow by category, difficulty, or under 30 minutes

COOK
• Cooking Mode walks you through one step at a time
• The screen stays awake while you cook, so you are not tapping at it with flour on your hands

SHARE
• Send any recipe as a link — whoever you send it to needs no app and no account
• On Android with Tericipe installed, that same link opens right in the app, ready to save to their own recipe box
• Stop sharing whenever you want; the link stops working immediately for everyone who has it
• Your photos, your last name, and your account details are never part of what you share

YOUR RECIPES STAY YOURS
Recipes are private to your account unless you share one. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app — Profile, then Delete account — with no email to send and no waiting period.

TERICIPE PRO (optional, one-time purchase)
• Print any recipe, or save it as a PDF to share, from the printer button at the top of a recipe
• Back up your recipe photos and profile picture to your account so they appear on every device you sign into
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Scanning, organizing, collections, cooking, and sharing all work without it.

A FEW HONEST NOTES
• Scanning reads printed and typed text. Handwritten recipe cards are not supported yet — type those in by hand for now.
• Photograph one recipe at a time, with the page upright and filling the frame. Tericipe tells you when a page did not read cleanly instead of saving a garbled recipe.
• Recipes printed in table or column layouts may not scan correctly yet.
