DailyKit is a local daily planner for the small routines that often shape a day: drinking water, logging steps manually, completing habits, and writing short notes. It brings these simple check-ins into one organized place without requiring a sign-in, social feed, online account, or background service. Open the Today screen to see what has been logged, what remains, and which part of your routine you want to update next.

The dashboard is organized around the current date. It shows water progress, manually recorded steps, habit completion, and a preview of your latest note. Quick actions make it possible to add common water amounts or step totals without opening a long form. A daily completion indicator brings the four areas together and gives an at-a-glance view of the routines you have chosen to track.

The Water Tracker lets you set a daily water goal in milliliters and record drinks using quick buttons or a custom amount. A visual fill indicator and entry timeline make daily progress easy to read. Each saved water entry includes its time and amount. You can remove individual entries or reset the day with confirmation. DailyKit does not estimate medical hydration needs; the water goal is a value you choose for your own routine.

The Steps Tracker is intentionally manual. It does not request motion, fitness, or location permissions and does not connect to external fitness services. Add steps with quick amounts or a custom number, choose a personal daily goal, and compare today with yesterday. A compact weekly chart summarizes saved daily totals. You can reset the current day's total when necessary.

Habits are simple daily checklists. Create a habit with a name, emoji, and accent color, then mark it complete for the current day. The Habits screen displays daily progress and a seven-day consistency view for each active habit. Habits can be edited or deleted, allowing your routine to change without leaving old items in the main checklist.

Notes provide a place for short thoughts, reminders, or reflections. Create, edit, search, and remove local notes. Each note includes its date and time and can optionally be paired with a mood emoji. The note feed keeps entries easy to scan, so DailyKit can act as a compact daily log without becoming a full writing app.

The Insights screen creates weekly summaries from your local records. It can show average water intake, water-goal days, average manual steps, habit completions, a current best habit streak, and the number of notes written. Seven-day activity strips make patterns visible while keeping the focus on the data you entered. If there is not enough information yet, DailyKit provides a useful empty state rather than invented analysis.

DailyKit works fully offline. Water entries, step totals, habits, completion dates, notes, selected goals, theme preference, and haptic preference are stored locally on the device. You can use light theme, dark theme, or the system theme. Settings lets you adjust water and step goals and clear local data when you decide to remove it.

The app is built for portrait use with comfortable controls, clear dates, and immediate updates after every change. DailyKit is a practical journal for personal organization and routine awareness. Use it to keep small daily actions visible, build consistency at your own pace, and record the moments you want to remember.

DailyKit does not rank users, share entries, or ask you to maintain a perfect streak. It is a flexible private space for routines that can change from one day to the next. Add a little, return later, and keep your daily record as simple as you need it to be.
