KNOW THE ROOF BEFORE YOU KNOCK.

Pipely is the door-to-door canvassing CRM built for roofing and exterior contractors. Before anyone rings a bell, every pin on your map already shows who owns the house, when hail actually hit that address and how big it was, and how much roof is up there. Your route stops being a guess and starts being an ordered list.

WHY CREWS SWITCH

Most canvassing apps give you a map and a form. Pipely gives you the house. The intelligence a fifty-rep operation buys from three separate vendors — storm data, ownership records, roof measurements — arrives on one pin, so a two-person crew can walk a street knowing exactly as much, and look every bit as established at the door.

WHAT'S ON EVERY PIN

• Owner of record and occupancy — know whether you're talking to the decision-maker or a tenant
• Storm history for the exact address — hail dates and hail size from NOAA radar and ground reports
• Roof measurements — squares, pitch and facets, with a replacement range, before anyone climbs a ladder
• Your own history at that door — every knock, note and photo, by rep and by date

RUN THE WHOLE DAY IN ONE APP

• GPS canvassing map with one-tap door logging — knocked, no answer, follow-up, appointment, signed
• Route planning that turns a ZIP code into an efficient walking order
• Visual sales pipeline from first knock to signed contract
• Tasks that know where you are — today's work sorted by what's closest, with the next attempt booked automatically when you close one out
• Appointments, inspections and photo documentation attached to the property, not to a spreadsheet
• Storm swaths drawn on the map and shaded by hail size
• Territory assignment, team leaderboards and rep accountability
• GPS-stamped door logs that record how far from the pin the knock was logged — prove the visit without surveilling the rep

DATA COVERAGE — THE STRAIGHT ANSWER

Storm and hail history works anywhere in the United States. Owner, occupancy and roof measurement data currently cover Tarrant County, Texas and Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Florida, with more counties added regularly. Tell us where you work when you sign up: we prioritise counties by where our users actually are, and we'll tell you the day yours goes live.
