▸ Why we built Inscramble

Bookings come in through phone calls, texts, and DMs. You write them down in a spreadsheet, copy them over to a calendar — every booking gets handled three times, and the fear of double-booking never goes away.
A booking that's only a promise often ends in a no-show, and an empty hour can never be sold again. A late-night payment alert means cross-checking who paid for what. And all day long, it's the same questions: "How much?" "Any discounts?" "What equipment do you have?"
Customers who don't speak your language walk away, and every month ends with a spreadsheet marathon just to total up revenue.

▸ So why not just list on a marketplace?

Because 10–20% of your revenue goes to commissions — and climbing the search results costs you ad spend on top of that.
When a dispute comes up, the platform sides with the guest. Every message and payment is locked inside their app, so even customers who come back again and again never become yours.
The brand you worked so hard to build ends up as just another listing next to your competitors.
Experienced operators will tell you: use marketplaces to get discovered, but take bookings directly on your own website.
The problem? Most booking tools are built around dates — and even the ones that offer hourly slots are too rigid for how you actually run your business.
