SipStep keeps your water and your movement in one place — a single ring you can read
at a glance, on your phone and on your wrist.

ONE TAP TO LOG
Your usual glass is ready the moment you open the app. Tap Add and you're done. Set
up your own drinks — coffee, tea, juice, whatever you actually drink — and switch
between them in a tap.

STEPS COUNT THEMSELVES
Steps and distance arrive on their own, from your phone or your Wear OS watch.
Nothing to start, nothing to remember.

A GOAL THAT FITS YOU
SipStep suggests a daily amount from your age and weight, and keeps it inside a safe
range. On a heavy walking day it nudges the target up a little. General guidance, not
medical advice.

FRIENDS, NOT LEADERBOARDS
Add friends and see how their day is going. Send a nudge when someone's gone quiet,
cheer them on when they finish. Private accounts, follow requests and blocking are
all built in — you decide who sees what.

CHALLENGES
Run a seven-day water or step challenge with friends, or join a public one. Everyone
starts together, and hitting your goal is what counts — not who drank the most.

WEAR OS
A full watch app, not a remote control. Log a drink, check your ring, start a walk or
a run with heart rate, and see your week — all without your phone. There's a tile and
a complication too.

GAMES
Three small puzzle games to spend your earned Drops on: pour the right amounts, route
water through a pipe maze, steer a river through the rapids.

SIPSTEP PLUS
Optional subscription. Adds per-drink ring colours, full history beyond seven days,
calorie tracking and extra themes. Family plan shares it with up to three people.
There's a free tier that does the important part — logging water — forever.

NO ADS. NO TRACKING.
No location, no advertising trackers, and your data is never sold. Delete your account
and everything in it at any time, from inside the app or at sipstep.com/delete-account.
