Fully offline, no ads, no account, free forever!

A simple Bible app that is suitable for anyone. Whether you are a Bible preacher or someone just wanting to read the Bible for the first time, the experience is made easy and comfortable. No unnecessary sign-ups, no need for a constant internet connection, or paid plans that separate you from reading God’s word.

Read and study the Bible in a genuine way:
- Read at your own pace
- Find the original meanings of the words used in Hebrew or Greek
- Look for verse cross references
- Find out what trusted theologians say about the verses and their meanings (John Wesley, Matthew Henry, John Calvin, Early Church Fathers…)
- Highlight the verses that speak to you
- Bookmark where you left off
- Share your favorite verses with your friends
- Track your reading progress at your own pace, your data, and no one else’s

A custom notes app built for writing scripture.
Stop using Notes for your sermons and Bible study. Instead, write them somewhere built for it instead. Tap the @ button to find a book and choose a verse or range, or # to search the whole Bible by a word or phrase. The verse drops right into your sentence, and you can continue writing without any problem. Writing notes and studying the Bible should be in one place, not in multiple apps.

Build a real reading rhythm.
Set a daily or weekly goal and watch your streak grow. Read at your own pace or go through our reading plans:
- The whole Bible in a year,
- The New Testament in 90 days,
- The Gospels in 30

Read in your native language.
Choose from many translations and read the app in your own language. Make it comfortable with light or dark themes, larger text, or a typeface designed for easier reading.

Keep your data yours and only yours.
Everything works without an internet connection, and everything you write stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked, and your study is yours alone. You can export your backup and import it as well. So switching to a new phone doesn’t mean you lose any data.

Free, and meant to stay that way.
Biblelexical is completely free and will always stay that way, with no ads and no subscriptions. Your trusted Bible companion that fits in your pocket.
