Take RentalMan into the field.

InTempo Mobile extends the power of RentalMan beyond the rental counter, giving your team the tools they need to:

* Check equipment in and out
* Document condition changes
* Capture customer signatures wherever business happens

Whether you’re delivering equipment, picking it up, or processing returns at the yard, InTempo Mobile keeps your field and counter teams working from the same information in real time.

Improve accountability, accelerate check-ins and check-outs, reduce paperwork, and maintain accurate equipment records without sacrificing the workflows you rely on to keep your business running smoothly.

Key Features

• Check Equipment In and Out

Complete pickups and returns from your mobile device. Equipment status updates are immediately visible at the counter, keeping your entire operation in sync.

• Capture and Document Damage

Photograph equipment during check-out and return processes—or as an ad-hoc process outside of an existing rental. Maintain a complete visual record of each asset’s condition over its lifecycle.

• AI-Powered Damage Detection

AI compares return photos against check-out photos and automatically identifies new damage, helping your team more reliably spot issues in time to address them with the customer (and with an indisputable record).

• Electronic Signatures on Contracts

Send PDF rental contracts directly from your phone and collect electronic signatures to keep the sales cycle moving smoothly.

• On-Site Delivery Sign-Offs

Capture customer signatures at delivery or pickup for a clear, question-free audit trail.

• Real-Time Visibility for Counter Staff

Everything completed in the field—from photos and signatures to reservations and damage records—is immediately available within RentalMan.
