Inchair is the staff app for businesses that run on Inchair: salons, barbershops, nail studios, spas and tattoo studios. Your day, your clients and your checkout, on your phone between appointments.

You need an Inchair account to sign in. Owners register their business at inchair.app, and every new business is reviewed before it goes live. Team members join when the owner invites them.

Your day
• Today at a glance: who's in now, who's next, and what's still owed.
• Day, week and month views of the whole team's calendar.
• Book an appointment in a few taps, with open times that fit each team member's hours.
• Move, confirm, decline or cancel an appointment, and choose whether to email the client about it.

Checkout
• Charge a card on file, key in a card, or show a pay link the client scans with their own phone.
• Tap to pay on Android: take contactless cards on the phone itself, no card reader needed.
• Add a tip, a discount or a custom charge, and email the receipt.
• Record cash and other payments taken outside the app.

Clients
• Each client's visits, notes, color formulas, allergies and patch-test records in one place.
• Message clients by email, with their replies coming back to the app.

The back office
• Sales and payments, refunds included.
• For owners: see what's settling and when payouts reach your bank, send an Instant Payout, and answer card disputes.
• Edit your services, opening hours, the team's hours and time off, booking rules and reminders.

Notifications
• Get notified about new bookings, booking requests, client messages and unpaid sales. Choose which ones in Settings.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on each business's own Stripe account.
