Caring for a special needs child is one of the most meaningful things you will ever do. It can also be one of the most overwhelming. Between tracking daily patterns, managing stress events, coordinating with teachers and therapists, and trying to remember what worked last Tuesday, important details slip through the cracks.

InclusiCare was built by caregivers, for caregivers. It brings all of your care coordination into one secure place, so you can focus on what matters most: your child.

What InclusiCare Does:
Carla, Your AI Care Assistant: Talk to Carla the way you would talk to a trusted friend. Describe your day, vent about a tough moment, or ask for help. Carla listens, extracts the important details, and organizes them for you automatically. No forms to fill out. Just talk.

Daily Tracking Made Simple: Log mood, sleep, eating, energy, and behaviors with a few taps. Over time, InclusiCare spots patterns you might miss, like how a rough night of sleep connects to a difficult afternoon.

Stress Event Monitoring: When things escalate, document what happened, what helped, and what to try differently next time. Build a personal toolkit of de-escalation strategies that actually work for your child.

Handoff Briefings: Handing off to a grandparent, babysitter, or co-parent? Generate a one-page briefing that covers everything they need to know: current routines, recent triggers, what is working, and what to watch for. No more frantic text messages.

Care Circle: Invite the people who help care for your child. Share updates, post wins, and keep everyone on the same page, securely and privately.
Smart Documents: Upload IEPs, therapy reports, and medical records. InclusiCare helps you find what you need when you need it.
