Doing something is easy. Finding someone to do it with is the hard part.

Vadodara Social is for exactly that. Post a plan — badminton on Saturday
morning, coffee in Alkapuri, a walk around Kamatibaug — and let people in
your city ask to join. Or browse what others have planned and ask to join
theirs.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a plan, or find one. Pick the activity, the area, the day and how
many people you're looking for.
2. Ask to join, or approve who joins yours. Every request comes with a
message, and you can talk it through before deciding.
3. Turn up. You'll get a reminder the day before and again two hours ahead.

WHAT PEOPLE PLAN HERE

Badminton, cricket, football, tennis, table tennis, pickleball, basketball,
volleyball, swimming, running, cycling, gym sessions, yoga, chess and carrom.

Coffee meetups, food outings, walks and talks, book clubs, board games,
photography walks, pet walks, music jams, language exchange, volunteering
and parents-and-kids meetups.

Not on the list? Choose "Other" and write your own.

BUILT FOR HOW PLANS ACTUALLY GO

Chat with the host before you commit, and with everyone once you're in.
Mark yourself tentative if you're unsure rather than dropping out silently.
Repeat a plan weekly and skip the weeks you can't make. See the shape of who
else is going before you join, and who exactly once you're in.

SAFETY

Vadodara Social is for adults, 18 and over, and that's enforced — not just
stated.

Hosts choose who joins their plan. You can require verified profiles, set
who a plan is for, pause requests, and block someone from a single plan
without blocking them everywhere. Report anyone, block anyone, and every
report reaches a real person.

Your exact date of birth is never shown. Your phone number is never shown.
You decide what to share on your profile.

FREE, AND BUILT FOR ONE CITY

No charge. Vadodara only — because a plan is only useful if the
person is close enough to turn up.
