You bring the art. Inkperch handles bookings, deposits, payments, clients, money and travel, at home or on the road. A tattoo booking app with a mileage, expense and tip tracker built in.

Booking and calendar Requests come in by DM, text, email or your booking page, and land in one Inbox. Book the date straight onto your calendar, or send dates for the client to pick. Busy times on your phone's calendars block booking, and your sessions show there. Time off and consult times too.

Get paid Ask for a deposit and tap Deposit received when it comes in, or let clients pay by card from a link. After the session, send a pay link or show a QR code. Clients pay by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, or over time with Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay where your Stripe account offers it. Card payments log themselves, with the tip on its own line. No booking fees: Inkperch takes nothing from your card payments.

Release forms and reminders Clients fill in and sign their release form on their phone before the session, and it saves to their page. Snap a paper form and it saves there too. Clients who opt in get a reminder text before their session.

Clients Each client with every tattoo, session, photo, payment and release form. Prep and aftercare sheets sent as a short link. Nudges for check-ins, healed photos and touch-ups. Past clients in the city you're heading to.

Know what you made Log income by typing it or saying it. The receipt scanner reads a photo, an upload or a forwarded email, and the expense files itself. See what you kept after supplies and any shop split, month by month and trip by trip. The mileage tracker adds up every drive, every payment shows how much to set aside for taxes, and the whole year exports in one file.

Travel Guest spots, conventions and tours each get their own trip. Forward flight and hotel emails for a day-by-day itinerary, keep documents and booth notes together, and see what each trip made. Browse upcoming conventions, with booth costs where listed.

Made for how you work Walk-up mode for walk-in days. Home screen widgets show today's sessions and what needs you. Pick what Inkperch handles in Settings, and the rest goes away. Logging works with no signal.
