Insight OS brings addiction recovery support into one place: a sobriety tracker, private recovery journal, daily check-ins and practical planning tools for adults aged 18 and over.

Whether you are working on recovery from alcohol, drugs or other addictive behaviours, build a daily routine alongside the people and professional care that support you. Created by Insight Recovery Network, Insight OS helps you reflect, recognise patterns and choose your next step.

EVERYDAY RECOVERY WITH FOUNDATION
• Track sober time and personal milestones with clean-time tracking.
• Start your day with a check-in and an intention.
• Keep a private journal and record gratitude.
• Record mood, triggers and warning signs.
• Notice Recovery Wins and what is working for you.
• Explore grounding, breathing, regulation and reflection tools.

STRUCTURED SUPPORT WITH FULL RECOVERY
An optional Full Recovery subscription adds:
• A guided 90-Day Recovery Programme with learning, reflection and practical actions.
• Recovery Foundations, a separate 12-week course.
• Weekly planning and recovery commitments.
• Relapse prevention planning for triggers, warning signs, coping actions and support.
• Recovery reports and advanced tools.

Both learning routes are included in Full Recovery. You can choose the route that suits you; you do not need to complete both at once. Human therapy, treatment and professional support are separate services.

PRIVATE REFLECTION, YOUR CHOICES
Journal entries are private by default. Eligible IRN users can choose to share an individual entry with their assigned clinician and withdraw future in-app access. You can export your personal data and request account deletion in the app.

OPTIONAL ANCHOR AI
Anchor offers optional AI-supported reflection. Before each request, the app explains the information involved and asks for permission to send it to OpenAI. AI can make mistakes and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or emergency support.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Full Recovery is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Google Play shows the price, currency, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. Deleting your Insight OS account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible access.

IMPORTANT
Insight OS provides recovery education and self-management tools. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition and does not replace qualified medical, psychiatric or emergency care. Activity summaries reflect what you record; they do not assess your health or safety or predict relapse. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. In the UK, call 999 or go to A&E.
