Insight POS puts your store's pricing, items, and inventory in your pocket. Built for Insight Retail Software customers, it's the fast, modern companion to your back office — scan an item, change a price, run a count, or add a product from anywhere on the floor.

Designed for the real world: it runs on phones, tablets, and rugged handheld devices, works with the camera or a hardware scanner, and keeps working when the Wi-Fi doesn't.

WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS AUTOMATICALLY
Scan, price, count, and add items with no connection. Everything you do is saved on the device and synced to your back office the moment you're online again — no lost work, no waiting.

PRICE AND MANAGE ITEMS IN SECONDS
- Scan any barcode with the camera or a hardware scanner to pull up an item.
- Update price and cost with a live margin & markup readout, so you see the impact before you save.
- Set selling rule, tax, and pack size, and manage brand, size, and department.
- Create a new item on the spot — scan it, name it, price it, done.

QUICK EDIT FOR BUSY AISLES
Fly through price and quantity changes item after item, then Save & Next. Need a product that isn't in the system yet? Quick Add it without breaking your rhythm.

FULL INVENTORY DOCUMENTS
Run Physical Counts, Orders, Receiving, Adjustments, Transfers, and price Labels — all from the handheld. Edit any line before you post, and order in units or cases.

REPORTS ON THE FLOOR
Check your daily sales ledger and browse individual transactions — sales, refunds, and voids — with a tap-through detail for items sold and payment.

SCANNING THAT JUST WORKS
Reliable UPC-E and UPC-A scanning that matches your registers. When one barcode covers several pack sizes — a single, a 6-pack, a case — Insight POS asks which one, so you always land on the right item.

BUILT FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
A clean, consistent experience in light or dark mode, on whatever device is closest.

Insight POS requires an active Insight Retail Software account.
