Precision tools for radiography professionals
Master your radiography tasks with the Industrial Radiography Calculator—an essential app designed for certified radiographers and safety professionals working in industrial settings. Whether you’re calculating exposure times, determining safe boundaries, or timing shots with precision, this app streamlines your workflow with reliable, easy-to-use tools. Built with Jetpack Compose for a modern, responsive experience, it’s your go-to companion for ensuring accuracy and safety on the job.
Key Features:
Exposure Time Calculator: Input source activity, material thickness, and distance to get precise shot times tailored to Ir-192, Co-60, or Se-75 sources.

Safety Boundary Calculator: Compute uncollimated and collimated boundaries (100mR, 2mR, 5mR) based on source type and curies—critical for radiation safety compliance.

Timer with Alarm: Set countdowns with a loud alarm that stops after 10 seconds, plus vibration alerts, keeping you on track during shots.

Density Adjustment: Adjust exposure times based on old and desired film densities for optimal results.

Curie Minutes Tool: Calculate new exposure times when source activity changes—perfect for planning and efficiency.

User-Friendly Design: Intuitive interface with dropdowns, number fields, and clear results, optimized for all screen sizes.

Why Choose This App?
Accuracy: Built-in formulas ensure reliable calculations, validated for industrial radiography standards.

Safety First: Boundary tools help you maintain safe zones, with warnings to verify all values—because precision saves lives.

Time-Saving: Quickly perform complex calculations, freeing you to focus on the job, not the math.

Portable: Works offline on your Android device, ideal for fieldwork in remote locations.
