IronClock is a construction workforce time tracking app designed for field crews, contractors, and workforce managers who need accurate, verified attendance records — without the hassle of paper timesheets or buddy punching.

Whether you're a worker clocking in at a job site or a project manager overseeing multiple crews, IronClock keeps everyone on the same page with real-time, GPS-verified time tracking.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

CLOCK IN & OUT WITH CONFIDENCE
• One-tap clock in/out from your phone — no paper timesheets or time clocks needed
• GPS verification confirms you're physically on-site before allowing clock-in
• NFC tag scanning for quick, contactless clock-in at designated job site locations
• Optional selfie capture at clock-in for identity verification and fraud prevention
• Multiple clock methods: manual, NFC tap, or automatic via geofence

AUTOMATIC GEOFENCING & SMART CLOCK-OUT
• Geofence boundaries are set by your manager around each job site
• Automatically clocked out when you leave the geofence — no forgotten punches
• Automatically clocked in when you arrive at a geofenced site (if enabled by your organization)
• Background location monitoring runs only during active shifts and shows a persistent notification for full transparency
• Reduces payroll errors by eliminating missed or forgotten clock-outs

TIMESHEETS & HOURS TRACKING
• View your daily and weekly hours at a glance
• Track regular hours, overtime, and break deductions
• See your estimated pay based on hours worked
• Review approved, pending, and rejected timesheets
• Complete timesheet history available anytime — never lose a record
• Timesheets are synced with your organization's payroll workflow

• Complete mandatory orientation checklists in-app
• Attend and acknowledge safety meetings digitally

• Push notifications for shift reminders, approval updates, and document expiry alerts
• Lightweight and fast — designed for older devices and low-bandwidth job sites
• Simple, intuitive interface that requires minimal training

PRIVACY & SECURITY

• A visible notification is always shown when location tracking is active
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)

• Your data belongs to your organization — we never share it
