Full Description: InterRun – Automated Treadmill Workouts
Transform your treadmill runs with the power of automation. Stop fiddling with buttons and start focusing on your performance.
InterRun is the ultimate companion for your indoor runs, designed to turn any compatible Bluetooth treadmill into a smart personal trainer. By utilizing the latest Bluetooth FTMS (Fitness Machine Service) technology, InterRun takes full control of your equipment, automatically adjusting speed and incline according to your chosen workout program.
WHY INTERRUN? Manual adjustments during a run are distracting and break your flow. InterRun handles the transitions for you, allowing you to immerse yourself in your training, watch your favorite shows, or simply push your limits without ever touching the treadmill console.
INTELLIGENT WORKOUT MODES
•
DYNAMIC VARIATION (Randomized): Say goodbye to plateauing. This mode creates a unique workout every time by changing speed and incline at random intervals within your customized safe ranges. It keeps your heart rate up and your mind engaged.
•
PYRAMID CHALLENGE (Step-based): Build your endurance systematically. The app gradually increases speed and incline to a peak and then scales back down in a controlled loop, providing a classic, effective cardiovascular challenge.
•
INTERVALS (HIIT): The gold standard for calorie burning. Swap between high-intensity "work" phases and low-speed "recovery" periods. Set your own levels and let InterRun handle the split-second timing of every transition.
•
QUICK START: Total manual freedom. Use InterRun as a smart dashboard to track your metrics even when you just want a simple, manually controlled run.
SMART FEATURES FOR MODERN RUNNERS

•
COMPLETE STATS & HISTORY: Every run is logged. Track your total distance, climbing (in meters or feet), and calories burned. View detailed performance graphs and split times for every session.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)
To use InterRun’s automated features, your treadmill must support:
1.
Bluetooth FTMS (Fitness Machine Service).
2.
FTMS Control Point: Your equipment must allow external control of speed and incline via Bluetooth.
Compatibility Note: While most modern Bluetooth-enabled treadmills (from brands like Domyos, Kettler, Horizon, etc.) support FTMS, please verify that your machine supports "Control" to enjoy the automated interval features. If your machine only supports data broadcasting, you can still use the app in manual mode.

We take your data security seriously. InterRun uses hardware-backed encryption to protect your personal information on your device and secure industry-standard cloud storage for your backups.
