Never miss a dose again. Pill Reminder & Med Scanner reminds you at the exact minute — ringing at alarm volume even when your phone is locked — and scans any medicine so you know what you are taking.

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY WAKE YOU
Most reminder apps send a quiet notification that is easy to sleep through. This one sets a real alarm.
• Rings at your phone's alarm volume, heard even on silent
• Rings on time with the screen off, not whenever your phone next wakes up
• Repeats until you answer, instead of one notification you miss
• Taken and Snooze buttons on the reminder, no need to open the app
• Four calm sounds: marimba, soft bell, gentle chime, or louder wake-up beeps
• Keeps working after you restart your phone

DID I TAKE IT? ONE SCREEN ANSWERS THAT
• Today's doses grouped into morning, afternoon, evening and night
• Taken, missed and still-to-come, with a countdown to the next dose
• A week strip to check any other day
• A home screen widget you can resize, with a Taken button on it

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
• Once a day, several times a day, or every few hours
• Specific weekdays, every few days, or on-and-off cycles
• Courses with a start and end date, and as-needed medicines
• Food notes like "after breakfast" on each dose

NEVER RUN OUT, NEVER TAKE EXPIRED MEDICINE
• Pill counts that warn you days before you run out
• Expiry warnings a month before, a week before, and on the day

MEDICINE SCANNER
Point your camera at a strip, bottle, box or prescription:
• Reads the medicine name from the packaging
• Explains what it is for, in simple language
• How it is usually taken, what to avoid, common side effects
• Possible interactions and cheaper generic alternatives to ask about
• Add it to your reminders in one tap

INTERACTION CHECKER
List everything you take — not just two medicines — and get a plain-language answer on which combinations need care before you ask your pharmacist.

FOR FAMILIES AND CARERS
• Separate profiles for parents, spouse and children
• Reminders say whose dose it is
• Doctor appointment reminders, an hour before the visit
• An emergency medical card with blood group, allergies and a contact
• Large readable text, dark mode, and a simple layout for older users

RECORDS FOR YOUR DOCTOR
• Dose history with the exact time each medicine was taken
• Adherence score, current streak, and when you miss most often
• PDF reports for 7, 30 or 90 days
• Photo proof: a picture taken as you take a dose
• A vault for prescriptions and lab reports

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
• Medicines, doses and history are stored on your device, not in an account
• No sign-up, no email needed
• Scanned photos are used to read the medicine and are not stored
• Fingerprint lock, plus backup and restore when you change phones

FREE, AND WHAT PREMIUM ADDS
Reminders are the heart of this app, so they are free: 3 medicines, 2 family members, alarm reminders that repeat until answered, every sound, the daily dose screen, the widget, and refill and expiry warnings.
Premium adds more medicines and family members, full dose history with missed-dose insights, photo proof, the prescription vault, doctor reports for any period, and a larger allowance of scans and interaction checks.

WHO IT IS FOR
People on daily or long-term medicines, carers managing a parent's tablets, seniors who want something simple, parents tracking a child's course of antibiotics, and anyone who has ever stood in the kitchen wondering whether they already took it.

Important: Pill Reminder & Med Scanner gives general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow the dose and timing your doctor gave you, and consult a qualified professional before taking, changing or stopping any medicine. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
