Keep every job moving from first enquiry to payment received.

Job Wizard is a simple job-management app for tradespeople, contractors and small service businesses. Keep customer details, job stages, schedules, notes, follow-ups, photos and payment progress together in one clear workflow.

KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION

See upcoming and overdue tasks in one place. Use the calendar and Next Tasks to keep bookings, site visits, follow-ups and payment reminders visible.

TRACK EACH JOB STEP BY STEP

Move work through first contact, site visit, quote sent, quote accepted, booking, job day, invoice sent, payment received and warranty. You stay in control and confirm each stage as it happens.

KEEP CUSTOMER AND JOB HISTORY TOGETHER

Store contact details and keep every customer’s jobs easy to find. Add notes and photos so important information remains attached to the correct job.

TRACK QUOTES, INVOICES AND PAYMENTS

Record accepted quote values, attach photos of quotes, invoices and payment proof, and see work-in-progress, outstanding and paid totals on the Financials dashboard.

Job Wizard tracks quote and invoice progress and stores related photos. It does not currently generate quote or invoice documents.

CAPTURE NOTES ON SITE

Record voice notes while your hands are busy. Job Wizard transcribes them to text so important details are easy to find later.

REMEMBER FOLLOW-UPS AND WARRANTIES

Schedule future actions, keep warranty information with each job, and receive reminders for upcoming bookings and overdue invoices.

BUILT FOR REAL SERVICE WORK

Useful for plumbers, electricians, builders, painters, appliance repairers, mobile technicians, landscapers, cleaners and other appointment-based or field-service businesses.
