Paste the text your customer just sent you. Job Holster reads it and hands back a tracked job, with the name, phone number, address and job type already filled in.

That's the whole idea. You already run the business from your phone: texts, calls, photos, a job detail somebody told you in a driveway. You don't need more software. You need one place where all of it lands.

Job Holster keeps leads, customers, job notes, photos, follow-ups and job status in one simple place. No complicated setup. No bloated construction software. Built for the way a one-truck contractor actually works.

FEATURES

TURN TEXT MESSAGES INTO LEADS

• Share a customer text straight into Job Holster
• The name, phone, address and job type come back filled in
• A screenshot of a message works too
• Add the job in seconds instead of typing it twice

LET CUSTOMERS SEND YOU THE JOB

• Every account gets its own job request form: one link, one QR code
• The customer types in their name, phone, address, what they need, and photos
• The form is in English and Spanish, and the customer picks which one
• It lands in your New requests inbox, one tap from being a job
• Put the link on your website, your truck, a yard sign, or a business card
• Text it after a call and stop chasing people for the address
• Turn the form off any time. The same link and QR code work again when you turn it back on

TRACK EVERY JOB

• Jobs move through your own columns, from Need to bid to Completed
• Rename the columns, reorder them, or add your own
• See what needs attention at a glance
• Never lose track of a follow-up, a callback, or an estimate you owe somebody

KNOW WHAT STARTS WHEN

• Every job with a start date lands on one calendar, so your whole schedule is one screen
• Month, week, day and agenda, whichever way you think
• Set a reminder so a start date or a callback doesn't slip
• An alerts screen lists who's next: tomorrow, this week, next week
• See the whole week before you promise anybody a Tuesday

KEEP CUSTOMER INFORMATION ORGANIZED

• Store customer contact information
• Save job notes and site details: the gate code, the paint color, the dog
• Photos filed on the job, stamped with the date, time and town
• Keep everything attached to the job record

VOICE NOTES MADE SIMPLE

• Record a note while you're still in the truck
• Voice memos and typed notes both save to the right job
• Catch the detail before it's gone

SEND CUSTOMERS TO QUICKBOOKS

• Connect QuickBooks Online once, in Settings
• Send a customer to QuickBooks in one tap from their job
• Jump straight to their page in QuickBooks and invoice them there
• We only add the customers you choose to send
• We never change your invoices or your books

BUILT FOR FIELD WORK

• Keeps working when the signal drops, and catches up when you're back in service
• Your jobs live on the phone in your pocket, not on a laptop at the house
• Built for basements, new construction and gravel roads

BUILT FOR SMALL CONTRACTORS

Job Holster is built for contractors who work for themselves, and for crews small enough that everybody still answers their own phone: painters, remodelers, landscapers, concrete and fence crews, plumbers, electricians and handymen. If every contractor CRM you tried was too much app, this is the smaller one.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Your customer information belongs to you. Text you choose to analyze is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to pull out the job details. We don't sell your data, use it to train AI models, or share it with advertisers.

Stop losing jobs in text threads, notebooks, and memory.
