JobProof is a restoration documentation platform built for contractors who handle water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and insurance restoration work.

The app helps restoration professionals capture organized job documentation and generate professional reports that support insurance claims and project records.

JobProof focuses on clear, structured field documentation so contractors can record the condition of a property, track mitigation work, and present verifiable information to adjusters and stakeholders.

Core features include:

• Job documentation organized by location and project
• Photo capture and organization by phase and area
• Water mitigation documentation aligned with IICRC S500 workflows
• Moisture monitoring and drying logs
• Room measurements and affected material tracking
• Equipment placement documentation
• Pack-out inventory tracking with room and box organization
• Professional PDF reports for insurance claims

The platform is designed to help restoration teams maintain accurate records of mitigation and restoration work while improving communication with property owners and insurance professionals.

JobProof can be used by restoration contractors performing:

• Water mitigation
• Fire damage restoration
• Mold remediation
• Pack-out and contents documentation
• Reconstruction documentation

Documentation captured in the field can be organized and exported into professional reports that summarize job activity, drying progress, and supporting evidence.

JobProof uses AI as an assistive tool for certain documentation tasks such as generating descriptions from photos or helping structure mitigation information. AI assistance supports the user but does not replace professional judgment.

The application is designed to be mobile friendly so field teams can capture documentation directly on the job site and keep project records organized throughout the restoration process.
