OTO is the business app from OTO, the software made by Kapp in Kigali. Owners, managers, supervisors and waiters sell and issue the RRA EBM receipt from the phone, send invoices and proformas, count stock and see how the business is doing, on the same products, stock and reports as the business's OTO tills.

OTO is part of the OTO software suite. Using it needs your business's OTO subscription: sign in with the account your business gave you. New to OTO? Visit otocloud.io.

SELL
• Find products by category, search, barcode scan or recent sales
• Record how each sale was paid, in one go or in parts: cash with change, card or mobile money. OTO records the payment; it does not process it
• Add the buyer's TIN and purchase code for a business receipt
• Charge a sale to a customer's account or to a hotel guest's room
• Hold a sale and finish it later

RECEIPTS
• Every sale is filed with RRA as an EBM receipt, from a phone registered as its own till
• Share the receipt as a PDF, or print it through OTO Box on the till's Wi-Fi

TABLES AND ORDERS
• Open tables and bar tabs, send rounds to the bar or kitchen, bill all or part of a table
• Move lines between tables and hand a table to another waiter
• A shared waiter station: waiters pick their name and sign in with a PIN

ONLINE ORDERS
• See what customers ordered and paid for on your website
• Accept an order to issue its receipt, then mark it handed over

RUN THE BUSINESS
• The Business home: today's sales against last week, what needs you, and what customers owe
• The Flash report: yesterday or any days across the whole business: sales, takings, tax, costs and payroll
• Approve cancellations, purchases, expense requests and payroll in one list, or straight from the alert

INVOICES AND PROFORMAS
• Make an invoice and send it as a PDF on WhatsApp in the same step; invoice the same customer again, or send a reminder
• Proformas with your prices, terms and validity, turned into a sale or an invoice when the customer agrees

CONTROL
• Cash in and out of the drawer, the X report of the day and sealed Z reports
• Reports by day: sales, payments, products, staff and VAT
• Stock that is running low, receiving deliveries, and stock counts by search or scanning
• Payroll stays behind your own OTO password
