In today’s fast-paced digital age, managing financial activities through traditional paperwork is not only time-consuming but also prone to human errors and miscommunication. For community-based savings groups like Bachat Mandals, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency is essential. That’s where the Bachat Mandal Management Software steps in — a modern, user-friendly mobile app designed specifically to simplify and digitize the operations of Bachat Mandals, Chit Funds, and similar financial groups.
This app helps manage all financial and group-related activities digitally – without using any online payments. All transactions are recorded manually within the app, giving full control and flexibility to the group admin. It's the perfect tool for societies, residential communities, Mahila Mandals, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) that need a clean, digital way to handle their internal operations.
At its core, the app helps manage a Mandal by collecting regular savings contributions from members and offering internal loans when needed. It keeps a transparent and digital record of all transactions — ensuring that every rupee is accounted for, and every member can trust the process. The app removes the hassle of maintaining physical registers, doing manual calculations, and remembering due dates or meetings.
Instead, it offers a centralized dashboard where the admin can track each member’s contributions, loan history, and participation in group meetings. Members can also access their personal account information, receive reminders, and stay informed about upcoming events or payments.

1. Member Management
Every Mandal begins with its people. The app allows you to create and manage detailed profiles of each member — including their contact information, role (like President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.), and financial activity. You can easily track who has contributed, who has taken a loan, and who is yet to make a payment.
2. Contribution Tracking
Each month, members deposit a fixed amount into the Mandal’s collective fund. The app simplifies this process by letting you record every member’s payment, view pending contributions, and calculate totals automatically. This builds financial discipline and clarity within the group.
3. Loan Management
One of the main functions of a Mandal is to offer loans to its members at reasonable interest rates. The app allows you to issue loans, define repayment terms, calculate EMIs, and monitor repayment progress. It prevents confusion, missed payments, and disputes — all records are visible and secure.
4. Meeting & Event Scheduling
Communication is key in any group. This app provides a built-in scheduler for regular Mandal meetings. You can send reminders, track attendance, and even record meeting decisions or minutes — making the process transparent and structured.
5. Reporting & Ledger
Forget about complicated Excel sheets. With just one tap, you can generate full reports of contributions, loans, and balances. The app includes a digital ledger that reflects real-time transactions. You can also export reports as PDFs or Excel files for auditing or sharing with members.
6. Notifications and Alerts
The app sends automated reminders to members about due payments, upcoming meetings, and EMIs. This feature improves on-time payments and keeps everyone informed, even without constant manual follow-ups.
7. Security & Backup
Data security is a priority. The app comes with secure login for admins and members, encrypted data handling, and cloud backup support. Even if you change your phone, your data remains safe and retrievable.
