ClearAudit is a cleaning-audit app for any site that needs to stay clean: offices, schools, hotels, aged care, hospitals, gyms, retail and the contractors who clean them. Auditors score rooms on their phone, cleaners get the fixes, and managers see where every room stands.

HOW IT WORKS
Audit a room. Fails go to the cleaner who owns it. The cleaner fixes it and adds an after photo. When the last fix in a room is done, a re-check is queued for the auditor. Results flow into reports you can share.

FOR AUDITORS
• Today: overdue rooms, re-checks and today's rooms, in the order they're due
• Full audits one item at a time: swipe right to pass, left to fail, or tap Pass, Fail and N/A
• Weighted items, and critical items that fail the room whatever the score
• Spot checks: five random items in about two minutes, kept separate from scores and due dates
• On a fail: add a photo and a voice note. On-device dictation types your words into the comment as you speak
• Repeat fails are flagged when the same item keeps failing

FOR CLEANERS
• My fixes: what to fix, where, by when, with the auditor's photo and note
• Mark fixed with an after photo and a short note, typed or spoken
• Report a mess from any room in a few taps (signed-in staff only)
• Kudos from your manager, and a running record of fixes on time

FOR MANAGERS AND DIRECTORS
• Overview: site health, open and late fixes, repeat fails and the rooms that need attention
• Map: every room coloured by score, repeat fails or overdue audits
• Trends over 7, 30 or 90 days, by area and by cleaner
• Team: workload, who's away today and who covers their rooms
• Reports with PDF, and read-only client links that expire and hide staff names
• Set up from the phone: buildings, levels, areas and rooms, how often each area is audited, pass marks, checklists and people

PHONE AND WEB
The Android app and the web app are the same ClearAudit. Audit and fix on the phone; plan, review and report on a bigger screen with the web app at clearaudit.tech.

YOUR OWN WORDS
Each workspace picks its own words, so an office can say floors, a school blocks and an aged-care home wings. Starter checklists cover common kinds of sites, and every item can be renamed, weighted or retired.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS
If the connection goes mid-audit, results, photos and voice notes are saved on the phone and sync when you're back online.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Each workspace is kept apart inside the database
• Every connection is encrypted
• Data is stored in Melbourne, Australia
• Optional two-factor sign-in, which a workspace can require
• Email-code sign-in on the web
• ClearAudit records rooms and surfaces, not the people who use them

COST
ClearAudit is currently free to use, with every feature for every user. No card is needed.

ACCOUNTS
You need a workspace. Sign in with the work email you were invited with, or start a workspace in the app or at clearaudit.tech. Staff can ask to remove their account from Profile in the app, and a workspace's sole director can delete the workspace there too. Details: clearaudit.tech/account-deletion
