Train with intention. Build consistency. Become a better climber. Before you need a training plan, you need to be able to train consistently. That's a habit LEDGER builds with you.

Many climbers plateau after a couple of years because they just keep climbing more. LEDGER is the climbing training app that adds structure to your climbing: plan your own week, log what you do, and analyze your performance & progress. No coach, no rigid 12-week training plan. Just add more structure over time, learn what training really means and improve as you go.

PLAN YOUR OWN WEEK
Put training sessions on your calendar in seconds. Mix bouldering, hangboard, strength and endurance work around your life. You decide what goes in, LEDGER keeps you on track.

LOG EVERY SESSION
Record sets, reps, hangs and notes as you train. Your climbing training history builds up automatically, so you always know what you did last time.

BUILD YOUR OWN LIBRARY
Add the exercises you actually do across categories like bouldering, conditioning, hangboarding, edge lift, even a rehab category for injury prevention and recovery. Save your go-to sessions as templates. Reuse them week after week. Change them as you progress.

TRACK REAL PROGRESS
Test your performance (max hang, critical force and more) and see how your fitness compares to your climbing grade to identify strengths and weaknesses and focus your training. Progress becomes visible over time.

WHO IT'S FOR
