Daily affirmations
Begin each day with a positive note to encourage a healthier mindset.

Mental health resources and events
Explore helpful articles and tools, and join events focused on wellbeing.

Stay connected
Message your therapist securely about your appointments, all within the app.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create your account and tell us a little about what you are looking for.
2. Get matched with therapists, or choose one yourself.
3. Book and pay securely, then meet your therapist over video.
4. Keep growing with mood tracking, journaling and resources between sessions.

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS
Your journal entries are private by default and your therapy sessions are confidential. You are always in control of your information, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

A NOTE ON SAFETY
MindSpace supports your wellbeing but is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or nearest healthcare provider.
