LP Interval Timer is a customizable interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, fitness and other activities that require timed intervals.

Create your own timers with multiple work and rest phases, each with its own duration, and choose how many cycles to repeat.

For example, combine 45 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, then repeat the sequence for several cycles.

Two presets, HIIT and Tabata, are also included to get started quickly.
