Puncheur is an AI cycling coach that turns the training data your own devices already record into a structured, adaptive training plan.

REQUIRES EXTERNAL HARDWARE AND A CONNECTED ACCOUNT
Puncheur has no sensors of its own. It does not measure your heart rate, power or sleep, and it cannot record a ride. It reads data that other devices and services have already recorded.

To use Puncheur you need BOTH of the following:
1. A device that records your rides and/or wellness data — a bike computer, power meter, heart-rate monitor, smart trainer or smartwatch.
2. An account with at least one supported service: Intervals.icu, Strava, Garmin Connect, Wahoo, or Health Connect.

Without an external device and at least one connected account, Puncheur has no data to work with and cannot generate a training plan. This app is a companion to your existing cycling hardware, not a replacement for it.

WHAT PUNCHEUR DOES WITH YOUR DATA
Puncheur reads the rides, power figures, heart-rate data and wellness values your devices have already recorded, and uses them to build and maintain a cycling training plan.

ADAPTIVE TRAINING PLANS
Get a periodised plan built around your target event and the training time you actually have. When you miss sessions or your recorded load changes, the plan rebalances instead of leaving you with a schedule you can no longer follow.

YOUR DATA IN ONE PLACE
Connect Intervals.icu, Strava, Garmin, Wahoo and Health Connect. Puncheur brings the rides from each source together, removes duplicates when the same ride arrives from several apps, and keeps one clean training history.

TRAINING ANALYSIS
Review the power, heart-rate, VO2 max and heart-rate-variability figures your devices recorded, alongside cycling-specific training-load metrics such as TSS, CTL, ATL and TSB. Puncheur displays and interprets these values for training purposes — it does not produce them and does not assess your health.

TRAINING SUGGESTIONS THAT RESPOND TO YOUR LOAD
When your recorded training load is high or the wellness values from your wearable trend down, Puncheur suggests an easier session. When you are fresh, it suggests you push. These are training suggestions based on athletic performance data, not health or medical assessments.

AI COACHING CHAT
Ask questions about your plan, your sessions and your training history, and get answers grounded in your own recorded data.

FOR CYCLISTS AT EVERY LEVEL
Whether you ride for fitness or race seriously, Puncheur adapts to your level, your goals and the hours you have available.
