LittleClues is a food allergy tracker and symptom diary built for parents of babies and toddlers. Log what your little one eats and how they feel, and LittleClues finds which foods may be triggering reactions, so you have clear notes to bring to your doctor.

You can also back up your diary and share it with your partner, a nanny or grandparents, so everyone who feeds your child logs in one place.

Log food and symptoms in seconds
- A baby food diary and allergy journal with dated, timed entries for every meal and snack
- Track what your baby ate, and what reached them through breast milk
- Log symptoms like a rash, eczema flare, tummy ache or fussiness, rated 1 to 5, with notes and photos
- Suggested food and symptom names as you type, in 10 languages
- Calendar, day timeline, quick add and meal reminders

Find likely food triggers
- Every food rated on a five-level "chance of a reaction" scale, from very low to very high
- Compared with your child's ordinary days, so a fussy baby doesn't make every food look like an allergy trigger
- Real counts from your log instead of percentages
- Look at one symptom at a time, or all of them together
- See which foods are new to the diet as your baby starts solids
- Mark safe foods you already know are fine

Breastfeeding-aware
Your own diet can affect your breastfed baby. LittleClues tracks the mother's food and the baby's reactions on their own timescales, which helps parents watching for cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) or another food intolerance, including during an elimination diet.

Back up, sync and share with caregivers
- Back up & sync: an end-to-end encrypted copy of your diary and photos, stored in the EU and synced across your phones. It's locked on your phone before it leaves, so LittleClues can't read it
- New or lost phone? Sign in and your diary comes back with your Recovery Key
- Invite a partner, nanny or grandparent by email, on Android or iPhone. Choose what each person can do and for how long
- Every entry shows who logged it, and you confirm each person on your own phone first
- Caregivers join for free; backup and sharing are part of the parent's LittleClues Pro

Private by default
No account needed: without Back up & sync, your food and symptom diary stays on your phone. Sign in with Google or Apple only to back up or to join a family. Crash reports and usage analytics are optional, and there are no ad trackers. Free backups to Google Drive.
