LoadLatch turns a truck driver's phone into a one-tap bill of lading (BOL) scanner. Point, scan, done — LoadLatch auto-detects the document edges, crops and straightens it, and reads the key fields for you. No typing, no paperwork piling up on the dash.

WHY LOADLATCH
Freight paperwork is slow, easy to lose, and painful to chase down later. LoadLatch captures a clean, legible image of every BOL the moment it's signed and pulls the details your back office needs — automatically.

HOW IT WORKS
• Scan — Tap once. The built-in document scanner finds the BOL, crops out the background, and straightens it for a crisp, readable image.
• Extract — LoadLatch reads the important fields: BOL number, carrier, shipper/consignee, PO and delivery numbers, ship and delivery dates, package count, and weights.
• Organize — Every scan is saved to the driver's list with its status and BOL number. Tap any scan to see the full extracted detail alongside the captured image.
• Review — Fields read with low confidence are flagged so your office team can verify them quickly. Drivers do zero data entry.

BUILT FOR DRIVERS
• One-tap capture with automatic crop and straightening
• Fast in the cab — no forms to fill out
• Clear, high-resolution images your office can actually read
• Secure sign-in; each company sees only its own loads

FOR THE OFFICE
• Every scan filed against its load and searchable by BOL number
• Low-confidence fields flagged for review, so corrections take seconds
• Export a clean PDF to attach to an invoice

WHO IT'S FOR
Carriers, owner-operators, and logistics teams who want BOLs captured and digitized at the point of delivery instead of at the end of the week.
LoadLatch is a business tool provided to drivers by their carrier or employer. An account is created for you by your company — you cannot sign up independently.
