LogPit: your logbook for life. The no-subscription pilot logbook that does the admin for you. Import your whole career in minutes, get reminded before anything expires, and see every hour you've flown — privately, on your own device.

BRING YOUR WHOLE CAREER WITH YOU
Moving logbooks usually means a weekend of retyping. LogPit reads the records you already have and shows you everything before it's saved.
• CSV export from your airline's crew portal or your old logbook app — the most reliable way. Columns are matched for you, and anything LogPit has no box for is kept, never dropped.
• ACARS screen: just landed? Photograph the times page and the times, route and aircraft are read on the phone (10 free scans).
• PDF flight reports, read line by line.
• Roster screenshots, from any view your crew app offers. Local times are converted to UTC for you.
• Paper logbook pages, with anything unclear highlighted for checking.
Every import is previewed first, duplicates are flagged, and any import can be undone from Import History.

NEVER GET CAUGHT OUT BY A DATE
Reminders for your medical, LPC/OPC, passport, airport pass and airline pass, each with the notice you choose.

KNOW YOU'RE CURRENT
• 90-day landing recency for the EASA, UK CAA and CASA formats.
• Day, night and instrument currency for FAA and Transport Canada, with your flight review or recurrent training.
• Hours against your own limits over any period, with or without simulator time.
Recency and limits are guides to help you keep track, not legal rulings — always check the rules for your licence and operator.

EVERY HOUR, EVERY WAY YOU NEED IT
• Totals by function, category, type and seat: PIC, co-pilot, dual, instructor, night, IFR and simulator.
• Search and filter the whole logbook by date, airport, aircraft, registration or crew.
• Night time, distance and block time worked out for you, all in UTC.

EXPORT AND SIGN
• A PDF logbook in EASA, UK CAA, FAA, Transport Canada, CASA or ICAO format, for any period.
• Your signature at the foot of every page, under "I certify these records are accurate and correct."
• A one-page career summary as a PDF or a picture to share.
• CSV with every field, whenever you like.
