With ADHD, you don't lack willpower. You lack a system and a buddy or buddies. Loops helps people with ADHD struggle less and succeed more. You've tried planners, timers, and habit trackers. The problem was never the tools. ADHD brains don't finish for apps. They finish for people. Loops is built around that.

HOW IT WORKS

Set a goal that matters. A goal you write down is more likely to be achieved. Remember, vague goals give your brain nothing to aim for. A specific goal has a target or multiple targets with a date, and dates create the urgency your brain responds to. You update your progress as you go. You can also pause, edit and delete goals.

Do small, doable Loops. A Loop is an action small enough to start: 30 press-ups a day, 3 runs a week, 2 hours of study, reading to your daughter every night. Daily, weekly, hours per week, or one-offs. The commitment is the count; when you do it is your business.

Be seen by your Buddy. Pick someone who matters: your partner, your best mate, your mum. They see your progress as you complete Loops and can react with a tap. They don't nag. They don't manage you. They just get to watch you do the thing. That changes everything.

Feel the win. Completing week streaks triggers rewards you choose for yourself: the gig tickets, the tattoo, the guilt-free Saturday. Your brain gets to feel the progress, not just the gap.

Talk to Dora. Dora is an AI coach who gets ADHD. Ask her anything about how your brain works, or let her suggest Loop ideas to move your goal along. She already knows your goal, your Loops and your history, so there's no re-explaining yourself from the beginning. And she's there at 11 pm, which is when you actually need her.

BUILT KIND

- Most habit apps quietly run on shame. Loops doesn't.
- At most three notifications a day: a morning round-up, an afternoon check-in only if nothing's happening, and a kind word in the evening. When you're on track, we're silent.
- Rest days: four a month, no questions asked. Streaks survive.
- Away mode: holidays, illness, life. Everything pauses, nothing is lost, no guilt on your return.
- No "streak broken". No "we miss you." A missed day is information, not failure.

WHO SEES WHAT

Your Buddy sees the work, never the diary: Loops close and streaks. Conversations with Dora are always private. Nothing is sold, and there are no advertisers.

Small loops. Big goals. Someone watching. That's the whole trick.
