Accessibility Service disclosure

RemotePhone uses Android's AccessibilityService API for one optional feature: performing the taps, swipes, scrolls and the Back / Home / Recents / Notifications actions that your Meta Quest headset sends over your local Wi-Fi network, so that you can operate this device from inside the headset.

• The service is used only to perform that input. It does not read, collect, store or share your screen contents, the text you type, your passwords or your messages, and it does not record calls or any audio.
• Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party. Input travels only between your headset and this device on your own local network.
• The service does not change your device settings and never prevents you from disabling or uninstalling this app.
• The feature is optional. Screen mirroring and audio work without it; only remote touch control requires it.
• Before the permission is requested, RemotePhone shows a disclosure describing this use, which you must explicitly accept. You can withdraw consent at any time with "Withdraw consent" in the app, or turn the service off in Android Settings > Accessibility > Installed apps > RemotePhone.

RemotePhone is not an accessibility tool for users with disabilities and does not declare itself as one.
