Bes is a baby journal built for one-handed use. Log a feed, a nap or a diaper change with a single tap, and let Bes learn your baby's rhythm from what you record.

ONE JOURNAL FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Create an account, share an invite code, and everyone who cares for your baby writes in the same journal: both parents, grandparents, a nanny. Free for every member, with no duplicate records to reconcile.

WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION
Every entry is saved on your phone first and synced to the rest of the family once you are back online. You never wait for the network.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Feeds: bottle, breastfeeding, pumping, and what was in the bottle
• Sleep, with a live timer
• Diaper changes
• Growth: weight, height and head circumference against WHO standards
• Solid foods and any reactions to them
• Developmental milestones
• Vaccinations: the CDC schedule in the US, the WHO schedule elsewhere
• Illness, temperature and medicine doses
• Photos and notes

A DAILY RHYTHM BUILT FROM YOUR OWN BABY
Bes works out your baby's actual pattern — wake windows, time between feeds, bedtime — and lays the day out hour by hour. It only shows times it has genuinely predicted, never a generic figure from a textbook.

DESIGNED FOR THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT
After dark the whole app switches to a warm, low-light display with larger buttons. Reminders know the difference between a daytime nap and a night feed.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Log a feed, a diaper change or a nap directly from your home screen, without opening the app.

GRANDPARENT MODE
Three large buttons and nothing else, so anyone can help without being shown how.

REPORTS FOR YOUR DOCTOR
Export a PDF summary of feeds, growth, illnesses and medicines for appointments, or a CSV of your complete history.

AVAILABLE IN 45 LANGUAGES
Including Vietnamese, Hindi, Bengali, Malay, Filipino, Persian and Urdu.

WHAT BES DOES NOT DO
Bes does not diagnose. Growth charts show WHO reference ranges only, and all guidance is sourced from WHO, AAP and CDC and labelled as such. Your baby's doctor is the one who knows your baby.
