Can't stop scrolling when you should be studying, working or sleeping? ScrollLok is a simple app blocker that locks distracting apps on a schedule, so you scroll less and focus more.

Pick the apps that steal your time, such as social media, video apps or chat apps. Choose when they should be locked. During that time, if you open a blocked app, ScrollLok shows a lock screen and sends you back to your home screen. No willpower needed.

📚 BLOCK APPS WHILE YOU STUDY
Preparing for exams or finishing homework? Create a Study schedule that blocks social media and video apps during your study hours. ScrollLok helps students stay focused and stop phone addiction from eating into study time.

💼 STAY FOCUSED AT WORK
Set a Work schedule to block distracting apps during office hours and get deep work done without constant notifications pulling you back to your feed.

😴 SLEEP BETTER WITH A BEDTIME LOCK
Late-night scrolling ruins sleep. A Sleep schedule locks your apps at bedtime, so you put the phone down and wake up fresh.

⭐ FEATURES
• App blocker with schedules: choose the apps, the days, and the start and end times
• Multiple schedules: Sleep, Study, Work, Play time, or your own
• Ready-made Sleep and Study schedules to get started in seconds
• Start, pause and resume schedules from the Home screen
• Focus history: see your past focus sessions
• Blocking resumes automatically after your phone restarts
• Persistent notification so you always know when blocking is active
• Lightweight, simple and easy to set up

🔒 PRIVACY FIRST: NO ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
Many app blockers need the Accessibility Service. ScrollLok does not. It uses only two standard Android permissions that you turn on yourself:
• Usage Access: lets ScrollLok see which app is open, so it knows when a blocked app is launched during a schedule.
• Display over other apps: lets ScrollLok show its lock screen on top of a blocked app.
ScrollLok does not read the content of other apps, your messages or your personal information. No account or sign-up is needed, and no data is collected or shared.

👨‍👩‍👧 FOR PARENTS
Parents can use ScrollLok to set study and bedtime schedules on a shared or child-used device and encourage healthier screen time habits. ScrollLok is designed to be set up and managed by an adult.
