You already know what you should be doing. That is not the problem.

Progrex is a to-do list and task manager built for the gap between knowing and starting. It does not ask you to build a system, tag everything, or maintain a perfect list. It asks one question — what can you actually do right now — and answers it for you.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Tell it how much time you have. Fifteen minutes, an hour, whatever is real. Progrex ranks your tasks by what genuinely fits that window, how close the deadline is, and how many times you have already put each one off. The task that has been avoided the longest stops hiding at the bottom of a list.

WHEN YOU FREEZE

Every task app assumes you will start. This one assumes you might not.

Tap "Stuck on this?" and Progrex asks why — and every answer leads to something the app actually does about it. Too big? It helps you name one concrete first step. Too vague? It asks what the next physical action is. Too tired? It moves the task to the hour your own energy actually works. Not sure it matters? It asks you why it matters, saves your answer, and shows it back to you next time you stall on it.

A TWO-MINUTE ON-RAMP

The hardest part is the first two minutes. Progrex will let you commit to just that — start the timer, do two minutes, and stop with no guilt if you want to. Most of the time you won't want to.

SOMEONE TO ANSWER TO

Handing a task to a peer is part of Progrex Pro, and off unless you turn it on; being someone's peer is free. Pair with one person and hand them a task. From that moment you cannot mark it done yourself — only they can. They write you something encouraging the moment they agree to hold you to it, and when your deadline passes, the app shows them, so they can check in.

It works because it is not a reminder from an app. It is a person who said yes.

ALSO IN THE APP

• A focus timer, with a deep work mode for longer sessions
• A habit tracker for the small things you want to do every day
• A daily planner view (Pro): your calendar of measured work, day by day
• Quick capture — type "call the dentist tomorrow at 5pm" and it sorts out the date
• A triage step that keeps half-formed thoughts out of your real list
• Voice capture for when typing is one step too many
• Sub-tasks, recurring tasks, and reminders you control per task
• Streaks and points that only move when real work does
• A short setup quiz that changes what the app puts in front of you
• Six languages: English, Spanish, French, Turkish, Portuguese, German
• A dark mode

PROGREX PRO

God mode for the apps that eat your day, the free-time prompt, eat the frog, the task and reward wheels, handing tasks to a peer, the tank, the mountain climb, unlimited tasks, calendar sync, your calendar of measured work and all three painted colour themes. Free: up to 3 new tasks a day, the focus timer, habits, points, streaks, badges and backup.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS

Progrex works offline and keeps your tasks on your device. No account is needed; peer accountability uses Sign in with Google. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to use peer accountability, and even then your peer only ever sees the title, deadline and status of the specific tasks you hand them — never your notes, your reasons, or anything about your other tasks.

Exporting your own data is free, and always will be.

No ads. No tracking SDKs. No profile built about you.

Progrex is for the days you have twelve things to do and cannot start any of them. It picks one, makes it small, and starts the clock.
