Madda Tasks brings your team's projects, tasks, and timelines into one place, with an interactive Gantt chart at the center so you can always see what is on track and what isn't.

Built for small teams that have outgrown a shared checklist but don't want heavy project software.

PLAN IT VISUALLY
• Interactive Gantt chart — drag one task bar onto another to link them, and zoom from days out to months
• Break big work into phases: summary tasks roll up the dates and progress of everything beneath them
• Save a baseline for a project, then compare where you are now against the plan you originally committed to

SEE YOUR WORK YOUR WAY
• Gantt, list, Kanban board, table and calendar views of the same project
• Filter by status, person or due date, group and sort — then save the view for yourself or share it with the team
• My Work: everything assigned to you, across every project, on one screen
• Search tasks, projects and comments as you type

TRACK REAL PROGRESS
• Your own workflow statuses, with progress that stays in step — a task can't sit at "Done" and 40%
• Change status, progress or people for many tasks at once
• Every task keeps a full status history — what changed, when, and who changed it
• Deleted a task by mistake? Undo it on the spot, or restore it from the Trash for 30 days

WORK AS A TEAM
• Comment on any task, reply, and @mention a teammate to bring them in
• A notification bell and email for assignments, changes, comments and mentions — you choose which
• Activity feeds for every task, every project and the whole workspace
• Three roles — Administrator, Project Manager and Member — so people get exactly the permissions they need
• Run separate workspaces for separate teams or clients, fully isolated, and switch between them in a tap

HIT YOUR DEADLINES
• Set a reminder on any task and get a notification when it's due, even after your phone restarts
• Open a reminder to jump straight to the task it belongs to
• A projects report shows overdue and at-risk work and each person's workload

SIGN IN SECURELY
• Passkey sign-in — nothing to phish, nothing to reuse
• Biometric unlock on supported devices, and passwords still work if you prefer them
• Delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app

YOUR DATA, ON EVERY DEVICE
• Export the Gantt chart and the projects report to Excel
• Back up a whole workspace to JSON or CSV, and restore it when you need to
• Android, Windows, Linux and the web — the same workspace wherever you work (Mac and iOS coming soon)
• Works with Claude: manage your workspace by chat through a secure connector

Available in English and Indonesian, with light, dark and system themes, and four accent colors.

PLANS
Madda Tasks is free to use, with a limit on how many projects and teammates each workspace can hold. A Pro plan lifts those limits and adds full workspace backup, export and restore.
