Know where it is. Know what it needs.

Mappin is a map centred asset management platform that connects physical assets, field evidence, operational status and reporting in one clear working environment.

Mappin Mobile is built for work where the asset actually is. Use maps and GPS to locate and manage physical assets, capture photographs and notes, complete structured audits, update status and keep useful operational information connected to the correct mapped record.

MAP

See assets and infrastructure in real world context using map, satellite and hybrid views. Use GPS, mapped locations, titles, filters and asset information to understand what exists and where it is.

CAPTURE

Build useful records at the asset. Add photographs, notes, asset information, model and type details, audit observations and other field evidence while the information is current.

MANAGE

Keep operational information structured around the mapped asset instead of scattered across separate photographs, messages, spreadsheets and individual memory.

Use status, filters, asset records and workspace information to maintain a clearer picture of what needs attention and what has already been completed.

REPORT

Turn field information into practical audit and operational reports using mapped records, photographs, notes and structured assessment information.

MOBILE IN THE FIELD. MANAGER AT THE DESK.

Mappin Manager for Windows is the separately authorised desktop companion for approved workspaces. It supports workspace review, mapping imports, search and filtering, media review, editing and management reporting.

Mappin can support organisations working with utilities, water infrastructure, estates, agriculture, facilities, maintenance, inspections, golf and other environments where physical assets, location and operational evidence need to remain connected.

One asset. One evolving operational record.

Mappin — Know where it is. Know what it needs.
