MaxDex AI is an AI accountability coach that calls your phone. Max is for people who know what to do but don't do it: Max plans your day around your energy, rings you with a morning wake up call, checks in again in the evening, and follows up on whether you actually did it.

A to-do list is easy to ignore. A call is not.

📞 AN AI ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER THAT CALLS YOU
Max rings you like a person would: a morning wake up call to set the day, an evening call to close it out, and reminder calls when something matters. Think of it as an accountability coach and a reminder call app in one. It is a real two-way conversation, not a recording. Talk it through and Max updates your plan while you are still on the call. Because Max can see your planner and your energy, the call opens with what you actually did, not "how was your day?"

🗓 AN AI DAILY PLANNER THAT FITS YOUR ENERGY
Build your day by voice or by tapping. The daily planner puts demanding work in your peak hours and easier tasks in your dips, flags it when you have stacked hard work into a slump, and reshuffles when the day moves. Two-way calendar sync keeps it honest about the time you really have.

🧠 ADHD ACCOUNTABILITY FOR TASK PARALYSIS AND PROCRASTINATION
If you can't start, MaxDex gives you the outside structure a list never does: a voice that checks in, one next step at a time, and follow-up that notices when something slipped. It works like a body doubling app without the video call or a stranger on camera. Built for adults with ADHD, procrastinators and anyone working on self discipline.

✅ GOAL TRACKER AND HABIT TRACKER
Turn a big goal into a roadmap and the roadmap into today's tasks. Use it as a habit tracker next to your plan, with smart reminders that arrive when they are useful, not on a timer.

⚡ ENERGY TRACKER, NO WEARABLE NEEDED
An hour-by-hour energy forecast from your sleep and daily movement, laid over your planner: peak windows, afternoon dips, short nights. Plus sleep and step tracking from your phone's own sensors, and an AI calorie counter that logs a meal from a photo.
