Never forget what your doctor said.

MedRecap is a doctor visit recorder and note-taker for patients. Record your doctor appointment on your phone, and MedRecap transcribes it and writes a clear, plain-language visit summary — what was discussed, what changed, and what to do next. Your medical notes, medications, and follow-ups stay organized in one place.

WHAT MEDRECAP DOES FOR YOU

• Record any doctor visit — in person or over the phone — with one tap
• Get a plain-language visit summary written for patients, not doctors
• Automatically pull out follow-up tasks, so nothing falls through the cracks
• Catch medication changes your doctor mentioned, with medication reminders
• Keep a personal health record — conditions, allergies, surgeries — that updates after each visit
• Ask Lumi, your AI assistant, questions about your own past visits
• Share a visit summary with family or a caregiver — they can read it without the app
• Log daily symptoms and see trends over time
• Plan appointments with reminders and questions to ask

GREAT FOR
• Seeing specialists for an ongoing condition
• Helping a parent or family member keep track of their appointments
• Anyone who walks out of an appointment and thinks "wait, what did they say?"
